Please remember that jewellery can naturally change over time with regular wear, and how quickly this happens can vary depending on the piece, how often it is worn and individual skin chemistry.

Keep Your Jewellery Dry

We recommend removing your jewellery before:

Showering or bathing
Swimming
Exercising
Sleeping
Using hot tubs or saunas

Avoid prolonged contact with water and moisture wherever possible.

Avoid Perfumes & Beauty Products

Perfumes, lotions, creams, hairsprays and other beauty products can affect the appearance and finish of jewellery.

We recommend applying perfumes, lotions and other products before putting on your jewellery and allowing them to dry completely.

Keep Jewellery Away From Chemicals

Avoid exposing your jewellery to:

Hairspray
Cleaning products
Chlorine
Salt water
Other harsh chemicals

These can affect the finish and appearance of your jewellery over time.

Clean Your Jewellery Gently

To keep your jewellery looking its best, gently wipe it with a soft, clean and dry cloth after wearing.

Avoid abrasive materials or harsh cleaning products, as these may scratch or damage the finish.

Store Your Jewellery Carefully

When you're not wearing your jewellery, store it somewhere clean, dry and away from direct sunlight.

Where possible, keep pieces separate from one another to help prevent scratching, tangling or damage.

Put Jewellery On Last

As a general rule, jewellery should be one of the last things you put on and one of the first things you take off.

This helps reduce contact with perfumes, cosmetics, creams and other products.

Jewellery is designed to be enjoyed, but everyday wear can naturally cause some wear and tear over time.

Avoid pulling, bending or applying unnecessary pressure to your jewellery. Take extra care with delicate chains, clasps, stones and other delicate details.

While proper care can help maintain the appearance of your jewellery, we cannot guarantee that jewellery will remain unchanged or unaffected by regular wear over time.

Damage caused by improper care, accidental damage, misuse or exposure to substances that may affect the jewellery may not be covered by our Refund & Returns Policy.

If you experience redness, itching, swelling, irritation or discomfort while wearing your jewellery, please remove the item immediately and refer to our Jewellery Sensitivity information.
