Delivery & Shipping Policy

At ZA Jewels, we take care when preparing and packing every order. We want your jewellery to arrive safely and ready for you to enjoy.

UK Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail.

Standard Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive delivery information where tracking is available.

Next-Day Delivery

Need your order sooner?

If you require your jewellery urgently, you can select our Next-Day Delivery option at checkout, where available.

Please note that Next-Day Delivery relates to the delivery service selected and does not necessarily mean your order will be dispatched on the same day it is placed. Orders still require processing before dispatch.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges and available delivery options will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Delays

Although we aim to dispatch orders within our stated timeframe, delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather or other disruptions.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@zajewels.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please make sure that your delivery details are correct before completing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, this may result in a delivery delay or the parcel being returned to us. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery information.

Damaged Parcels or Jewellery

If your parcel or jewellery arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may ask you to provide clear photographs and a clear video of the parcel and jewellery, including a video of you opening the package, so that we can properly assess the issue.

Please keep all original packaging until the matter has been resolved.
